HEALTHY AND WISE : “Mummy…promise you’ll never do that again!”

“Mummy, you just kept talking and talking with the Dr. you didn’t even realise I was hungry; promise you’ll never do that again!”

Sometimes our children’s words do come off as discourteous can let it pass whilst correcting in love and refusing to bring down the cane.
I believe we only need fear if their utterances are stark offshoots of a dearth of proper upbringing for which we could be held as culprits this, we need fear.

Thinking about it, it seems it can be pretty manageable when a child’s utterance come off as odd in the privacy of one’s home, albeit when this happens in a public place, it can be a different ball game altogether!

Do you recall any of those private/public but awkward utterances from your young ones? Please share and join the conversation.
